1). Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of adhesive materials was building by the Shandong Provincial Academy of Sciences on the fund of the shandong province in 1998 .

2). Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of adhesive materials was renamed Shandong  Key  Laboratory  for  Special Silicon-containing Materials  due to the change of research direction  In December 2016.
